Your must have an account in order to use DoorstepRx® as well as a Workwave permission. Once accounts are established which can take 24-48 hours, You can enter your delivery requests online that automatically gets routed and scheduled for delivery using any mobile device.

  • Which area can I schedule a delivery with DoorstepRx® ?

You can schedule delivery virtually to all areas in your market area.

  • How do I make a change to my order?

You may make changes to your order up until the time you optimize your route. You can also change or update the driver's route simply from the the dispatch platform

  • Can I cancel an order once it’s submitted?

You can cancel your order at any time before a delivery is made.

  • Can I track my DoorstepRx® delivery in real-time?

Yes, you can track your package all the way to the doorstep and you’ll receive notification once delivered by email.

  • How do I need to prepare my package for your DoorstepRx®?

The standard and the safest way to make delivery is for all packages to be in a tamper evident packaging. We recommend self-seal poly-bags (ecoswift.com) and utilizing clear face document envelope (7x5 1/2"- ENVPQ21) to prepare your package. 

  • What kind of certification do we have?

Our system is HIPPA compliant & certified SSL licensed for data safety and security and meets or exceeds all standards. 

  • How do I contact my DoorstepRx® representative?

You must call us our office or complete and online request.

  • How do I contact Support for any issues with my Account?

  • Can I get billing invoiced for my company?

Yes, we provide detailed invoices and billing details emailed monthly.
